This website does not accept bookings, deposits or payments. Its demonstration form opens a confirmation page without sending or storing the entered details. Completing the form does not create a purchase, reservation or payment obligation.

3. Confirmed arrangements

If a yacht service is subsequently agreed outside this website, the applicable cancellation, rescheduling and refund conditions are those provided in the separate agreement, subject to any mandatory consumer rights. Review the service price, payment terms and cancellation conditions before accepting an offer.

4. Changes and cancellations

Requests to change a date, route or other booking details are assessed under the relevant agreement. Weather, marine safety or operational conditions may also require changes or cancellation. Any resulting refund or alternative arrangement depends on the agreed terms and applicable law.
